Race Day Checklist
Race day always comes with nerves. You might have a time goal, or your goal might be just to finish a new distance, or a distance you haven’t ran in awhile. Nerves can make you forgetful. I put together this checklist of items you can go through to make sure you don’t miss anything important. There is also some space to write down some race day mantras, goals, and organize your thoughts.
